MRK SALES, INC., has the right to refuse any company at anytime with no particular reason from this program as well as reject commision at any time to a company in our affiliate program.  Commission is only issued after a invoice is paid for in full and is only for products.  Commission does not apply to shipping, handling, or services rendered.  You or your company is responsible for any taxes that may occur from the commission made.  If a return is made by a customer and the affiliate received commission from the order, the commission amount in full will be returned to MRK SALES, INC.  If the commission has already been paid out to the affiliate MRK SALES, INC has the right to either withdraw from future commission or send an invoice to the affiliate in the amont total commission paid on the item returned.  Commission checks may take up to 30 days to be paid after an order is paid in full.
